We're trying from the latest Grilling book - the Five-Spice Glazed Chicken with Plum salsa

and I have more jam to make - man, is the fruit cabinet lookin' good!!

Garlic Sautéed Shrimp, baked potato (with creamed corn, BIL likes to mix the two), green salad, and Tuscan cantaloupe for dessert.

OH, Billy, you're singing my song....shrimp! I'm going to your house.

If I don't make it to Billy's, I'm going to experiment with some leftover Boston Butt in the freezer. It will probably involve either butternut squash and/or peppers and tomato. And I've got a lettuce plant that needs to be cut.

Well, so far I've made up a Cobb salad and have it in the frig. So, thinking maybe grilled hamburgers for dinner to go with. We're almost out of pizzelles, so time to make some more of those too. Might try a different flavor today, like lemon.
