Thanks Jeanette! I've bookmarked this for a longer look later, but you're right...some good ideas here.

Now to go take care of some peppers and onion, then go out to the farm....UGH! WHY oh WHY, do I wait until the heat of the day to go out there?!?!?!?! At least the days have been cooler than usual and there is a boat ride with a bottle of Zin in my future!

I was skimming it and saw an ingredient I am not familiar with. Ricotta Salata. Has anyone seen or tried this?

Hey Jean, Here is one for you - leave a few fresh apricots and cherries!

99. Toss cooked quinoa with fresh sliced apricots, cherries, pecans, and enough lemon and black pepper to make the whole thing savory
