Foolproof---we did these tonight with a thick strip steak and sauteed spinach.
We had too many potato slices and couldn't turn them over before putting them in the oven-- we put in the oven without flipping--came out perfect. Trust me!!

I made those last year and made a note to add some herbs for flavor next time...but, have not made again. Will have to do them. They're such a pretty side dish.

I'll note the change in method...Thanks Bill! I haven't had much luck with flipping them.
