What's for Dinner - Wed., 1/27??

What is everyone up to??
We're having baked sweet potatoes with a warm black bean salad - haven't fixed this before, so fingers crossed.
Retired and having fun writing cookbooks, tasting wine and sharing recipes with all my friends.

Our old "stand by" - Tofu Soba Noodle Soup!!
 We had Old Bay recipe for the Pork Roast - it was so good we are having the left overs tonight - thanks for the recipe. Marye
Everything will be all right in the end. So if it is not right, then it's not yet the end.

Meatloaf, broccoli, mashed potatos w/gravy and a salad.

Well, after finding the duck thread - changed my mind! The sweet potatoes and beans will wait for me - We're having duck!!!
 Duck with Olives, leftover Comte Cauliflower and don't know what else, if anything.
