We had leftovers all weekend. I have been trying to decide what I am in the mood for. So far meatloaf sounds good to me. I guess I am in that "comfort food" mood.

Leftovers for lunch. Dinner will involve sausage, kraut, potatoes, and perhaps cheese buttons. Not sure yet.

As a matter of fact we are having leftovers. Ham and white bean soup. For lunch I even had leftovers - I made chicken tacos and used seven layer dip in them. It was quite good actually.

Well, today is William's birthday. I'll do something special this weekend, but for tonight, I just picked up a couple of nice steaks, bakers, and have leftover stuff from the nachos for a SUPER SALAD!

Thanks, you two! He's taking it pretty well. While he is actually 15 days older than me, he has always told everyone, he's a year younger. So today....according to him...we're the same age. What a BIG LIAR....LOL!

I made some smooth watercress soup the other nite--we will have that and leftover strip steak slices in sauteed onions on a french bun and dip it in beef broth--we have such good leftovers. A friendly cabernet will soothe the savage beast!!!
