Haven't done this for quite a while, so hoping it works. Here are a few pics from a fun lunch in Mt. Dora. My salad was sooo pretty! It was a delicious chicken salad plated on a bed of baby greens, then surrounded by lots of fresh fruit, cantalope, strawberries, apples, oranges, blueberries, blackberries, nuts, and dried cherries, topped with an edible orchid.
Sorry it's so small. I took the pic with my phone and it didn't turn out very well. If I try to enlarge it, it's blurry.

wow, that is beautiful. Must have been difficult to take that first bite and mess it up. And you didn't even have to feel naughty eating it because it is so good for you!
