Jean, I have to tell you that the crust recipe which Daphne posted for me is awesome. I tried it last Sunday (for Sunday Pizza), but forgot to mention it this past week.

DH said three or four times how good the crust was then looked at me and said "now, did that get through to you? I like this one. Do NOT try any more pizza crust recipes. Make this one. Always."

But honestly, and I didn't tell him this, but I like to experiment and I probably will try other crust recipes occasionally, although this one of yours will be my go-to recipe.

Oh my Lord, I am so friggin' excited - and my sister and I just cried for 5 minutes on the phone that we can't tell Mom about it. She would have been beside herself!! Wow, is all I can say!
