Happy Birthday to Roy!!!!!! From Bob & I
That dinner sounds decadent and wonderful. I'm still thinking.

I'll be putting a chicken in the rotisserie oven later, and making a mushroom risotto to go with and some fresh broccoli.
Thought it sounded pretty good till I read what Jean's making.

We had an oldie but a goodie from CAH #22...Asian Pork Tenderloin with Asian Noodle Salad. It's the last night for grilling for a while 'cuz a cold front is on its way and I'm a wimp about cold temperatures.
I LOVE this dish. I only used about half of the dressing but made the entire salad. I also halved the marinade and basting sauce since I was only doing one tenderloin. The gremolata adds such a nice finish to the dish. If you haven't tried this one yet, I highly recommend it!

http://www.seriouseats.com/recipes/2010/...lic-recipe.htmlOh my, my, my-- this was awesome! I'm going to freeze the rest of those greenies (about 15 pounds) and make this all winter long.
Oh, and Jean please pass along birthday wishes to Roy!

We've got green tomatoes, so we'll give that curry a try. Which type of tomato did you use?
