Oh these little buggers are really good!! From the Grilling Tonight book, #3.

For those who don't have this book and would like to make them, here you go -

4 servings (will probably put you on your butt!)

1/2 cup each:
orange-flavored rum (didn't have, so subbed capt. Morgan's spiced Rum)
dark rum
triple sec
1/4 cup amaretto
3/4 cup pineapple juice
3/4 cup orange juice
1 T. Fresh lime juice
1 T. grenadine

Fresh orange slices, fresh pineapple chunks and maraschino cherries (optional)

Stir together the rums, triple sec, amaretto, p.apple & orange juices and grenadine. Serve Mai Tais over ice. If desired, garnish with the fresh fruit and maraschino cherries.

Instead of the orange-flavoured rum, how about rum plus Grand Marnier or just more Triple Sec?
If blueberry muffins have blueberries in them, what do vegan muffins have?
