What's on the menu for today??
I'm making tacos today (didn't have them yesterday) I did get the onions pickled yesterday and I add blue cheese today. I think these are going to be tasty.

I'm going to make these super yummy and super easy Columbian style roasted drumsticks. Gosh they were good. Asparagus and smashed red potatoes with scallions as sides. Comfort food on this horrifically dreary day.

Would love to see that recipe, Trixxee.
For dinner, we're doing a Cuisine favorite, Asian Pork Sandwich.

Taco Tuesday was a big hit at our house!!
I think you could use any Mexican shredded beef recipe and use in this taco from 300 Best Taco recipes.
Bistro Beef Tacos with Blue Cheese and Onion Relish
We'll have a hot dog later and I think I'll top it with the onion/blue cheese relish (even me who isn't that crazy about blue
)

Another day when everything sounds (and looks) great.
I'm making a surf and turf kind of dish with beef tenderloin, lobster tail and béarnaise sauce. Steak Oscar?

I want to eat at Blane's!
Jean those tacos look great! I love the relish idea, and William would love it even more!
It's cold and dreary here, so I'm making what I thought I was making last night....Hamburger Pie!
