We are having Linguine With White Clam Sauce. I have a large can of clams in the pantry that have been calling me.
Question....can I freeze what I don't use?

Grilled pork tenderloin with a blackberry wine sauce. Experimenting before the blackberry festival in August. Still have some frozen berries to play with

Yes Daphne, you can freeze the clams - keep as much of the 'juice' as possible that you don't need for the sauce. (maybe fill with water or chicken broth so the clams are submerged) This sounds so good. I have lots of little cans of clams left.......fast idea for next week.

Yes, Denise, do tell! I did a blueberry barbecue sauce not too long ago that was delicious. It might work well with blackberries as well. Let me know if you'd like to see it.
We're having pork tenderloin too. I'm serving it with a peach salsa.

Probably leftover chicken enchiladas, even though Tony took some for lunch. Not sure if he wants the same thing three meals in a row.
