We're having yesterday's dinner - Honey Dijon (w/curry) baked chicken and coconut rice with peas. and, sourdough flatbread

Roxanne - I can't believe how fast my two extractions healed. Luckily no need for implants since they are my wisdom teeth but I didn't have an implant done about 7 years ago - such a piece of cake after the extraction. Husband is in the midst of two of them though.
Well, I pulled some marinara from the freezer, and I have some Italian sausage links. Can go one of two ways - just spaghetti with a grilled sausage on the side, or sausage and pepper sandwiches.
