I made Papperdelle(sp?) pasta with sun-dried tomatoes from Cuisine at home issue 67. Was very very good. I did a few substitutions like bacon =turkey bacon and heavy cream=fat free half and half. I am sure if you dont substitute it will be even better.

Thank you, I've been wanting to make that one! Good idea with the substitutions, we're trying to eat a little bit lighter here too. Sometimes I find it better to make a recipe "lighter" from the beginning so we don't remember how good the fattening version was.

That was the February issue, the ONLY ONE I've let out of my sight...other than the Soup book, which I still can't find...ARG! At least I know where my Issue 67 is located.
